How this is calculated

Schedules follow each medication's FDA-approved escalation, with weekly injections starting on day one:

Wegovy: 0.25 → 0.5 → 1.0 → 1.7 → 2.4 mg, every 4 weeks.
Ozempic: 0.25 → 0.5 → 1.0 → 2.0 mg, every 4 weeks.
Mounjaro & Zepbound: 2.5 → 5 → 7.5 → 10 → 12.5 → 15 mg, every 4 weeks.

Many people stay at a lower dose long-term if they're tolerating side effects poorly or losing well — your clinician will guide you.
